Who we are

Drive Registration & Support Center is an independent, local support office based in Rawalpindi, serving drivers and passengers across Rawalpindi and Islamabad. We help people navigate the inDrive driver registration process — document preparation, form submission, app setup, and ongoing account support.

Independence

We are not inDrive, and we are not an official office, agent, franchise, or representative of inDrive or its parent company. inDrive is referenced on this site only to describe the ride-hailing platform our services relate to. We operate as a separate, independent local business.

What we do

We assist prospective drivers with CNIC and vehicle document checks, complete and submit driver registration forms, walk new drivers through the inDrive app, and provide ongoing support for account, rating, and payment questions. We also help passengers with booking, fare, and lost-item questions.

Where we are

Office No. 9, Basement, Anarkali Plaza, Tench Road, Near 22 Number Chungi, Cantt, Rawalpindi. Open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
